The rumor that a sewer fee increase is being considered is false. The Board of Directors is not currently considering any adjustment to the existing wastewater treatment fee of $25.00 per month.
A letter dated May 5, 2008 was mailed to all members of Tropical Isles Utilities Corp. Included with the letter was an updated copy of the Wastewater Service Agreement. Note that the ONLY CHANGE between this updated agreement and the original agreement is to the service periods. The change makes the service periods consistent with calendar months. There is NO OTHER CHANGE to your Wastewater Service Agreement.
You need do nothing special as a result of this change!
