MOBILE POSTAL SERVICE

The Mobile Post Office that has been serving our community in the past has been discontinued by the Stuart Post Office.  The vehicle has sustained some mechanical damage an it was determined not repairable.   No other vehicle is available at this time.
Nearest Mobile Post Office is at the following location:
St. Lucie Square (at the corner of Kitterman & US 1, south of us located at the south end of the plaza near Zapata's Restaurant)
The Mobile Post Office will be at the above location on:

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

As per Tropical Isles Co-op, Inc. Rules and Regulations:

All pets must be registered with Park Management and owners must provide proof of immunization and licensing in compliance with St. Lucie County Animal Control Department.

NOTICE TO ALL TROPICAL ISLES RESIDENTS

As per Tropical Isles Co-op, Inc. Rules and Regulations:

Feeding wildlife is not permitted by our Rules and Regulations:
1. When wild animals depend on humans for food, their foraging skillss may be diminished
2. Animals lose their fear of people
3. Humans food is inadequate nutritionally and can cause serious health problems
4. Reproduction rates may be affected
5. Animals can become a nuisance and will have to be removed or killed
6. Neighborhood inpact, damage to homes and property

Please do not feed the wildlife.

NEW ASSESSMENT AND RENT PAYMENT PROCEDURE EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2012

The Board of Directors voted to establish a lockbox to collect the monthly maintenance assessment and rent for your community.

By now you have received a coupon book for 2012 payments.  Coupon should be mailed with your check in the envelope provided.  Payments will be mailed to the address printed on the coupon. The address appears as follows:  TROPICAL ISLES CO-OP, INC.

A number of our residents have signed up to have their maintenance assessment and rent automatically withdrawn from their bank account.  This process is also called an Electronic transfer.  If you like to arrange for this form of payment, please contact our office at Tropical Isles Co-op, Inc. for the Electronic transfer form.

Several residents continue to pay their assessment or rent online.  These residents received a coupon book in the mail and have to inform their bank of the account number located on the coupons and inform the bank of the mailing address as appears above.

Please drop your monthly payment to the TIUC Drop Box located on the wall of the Clubhouse behind the mailboxes.  If you are paying online, continue to have the checks mailed to:
